Refund & Returns Policy
LuLuCelebrate's Return Policy:
At LuLu Celebrate, we want our customers to have a hassle-free shopping experience. We understand that there may be cases where a return is necessary. Our return policy is as follows:
- 1. You can return a product only if it is damaged or defective. Please contact our customer care within 3 (three) days of receiving the product to initiate a return request.
- 2. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be returned within 4 (four) working days of receiving it, subject to the condition that the product(s) is/are returned in a saleable condition with the price and info tags, labels, barcodes etc. intact, the original folds and packaging retained, along with accompanying products/accessories if any, in an undamaged/unused condition. No return requests will be entertained after 3 days of receiving the product.
- 3. Replacement of the products is subject to inspection and checking by LuLuCelebrate’s assigned QA check team.
- 4. Follow these easy steps for a hassle-free return:
- i) Contact our customer care at +91 90482 11115 or write to us at celebratekochi@luluindia.com to raise the return request. Explain the issue along with an image of the product.
- ii) Once the return request is accepted, immediately courier the product to the designated address:LuLu Celebrate, Ground Floor, LuLu International Shopping Mall, NH544, Edappally Junction, Nethaji Nagar, Edappally, Kochi, Kerala 682024
- iii) Mention your name, order number, and mobile number on top of the packaging in which the product is couriered. Ensure that the original receipt/invoice is included with the product when sending it to LuLu Celebrate through designated courier.
- iv) If you are sending the product intended to be returned back by post, returns should only be sent through a company designated carrier.
- v) Return of the products damaged after delivery to you will not be accepted.

- vii) If you decide to send us an email, please include comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you. Please note that LuLu Celebrate shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, only based on the Customer’s e-mails.
- 5. When returning or exchanging the products, the Customer must furnish a proof of purchase such as shipping invoice, gift receipt, or member purchase history.
- 6. If LuLu Celebrate in its sole discretion finds that the product is ineligible for return, we will contact you through your registered email-ID or phone number with further instructions. In case, LuLu Celebrate decides in this regard to return the product back to you, then you shall bear and pay for such courier charges.
Defective Product
- 1. If the Customer receives a product with damaged or tampered packaging or unsealed condition, we advise the Customer not to accept the product. Instead, the Customer should immediately contact our customer care at +91 90482 11115.
- 2. We, at LuLu Celebrate, will inspect the product for signs of use and satisfaction at our sole discretion. If we find that the product was not damaged due to the Customer's actions, we shall exchange/replace the product.
Specifications
- 1. The details of the products or product specifications such as weight, colour, handwork, size etc. which are mentioned on the LuLu Celebrate website are only approximate values and may vary slightly from the actual product received. Any requests for return based solely on these attributes will not be entertained.
- 2. Customers who are interested in items with beads, stones, embroidery, and sequins must be aware that these shiny embellishments have a tendency to come off. Even with the best handling and care, this problem cannot be avoided entirely. Please keep this in mind before placing an order. We cannot guarantee that those stones, sequins, etc. will be intact when the product is delivered.
- 3. While placing an order, customers are advised to keep in mind that minor variations in colour may occur due to various reasons. LuLu Celebrate strives to reproduce the exact colour of the product on the website as seen on the monitor of the customer. However, colour variation may also occur due to different resolutions, monitors, video cards, operating systems, and internet browsers used. Garments also tend to reflect different shades of colour under different lights. By placing an order on the LuLu Celebrate website, customers acknowledge and agree to these product specifications and policies.
Cancellation Policy
- 1. The Customer can cancel an order placed on the LuLuCelebrate's ecommerce website before it has been processed or approved by LuLu Celebrate.
- 2. Once an order has been processed or approved by LuLu Celebrate, the Customer may not be able to cancel the order.
Refund Procedure
- 1. LuLu Celebrate will endeavour to accomplish the Customer's refund processing within 12 (twelve) working days from the receipt of the product from the Customer.
- 2. The refund will always be paid to your source account i.e., the payment account through which you had made the payment for purchase.
- 3. If any request for return/refund is found false, baseless, frivolous and/or fraudulent, the request by any customer will be rejected. In such cases, we reserve our right to initiate appropriate legal action against such customers on their costs and consequences.

Dispute Resolution
- 1. However, the decision of LuLu Celebrate in such cases shall be final and binding.
- 2. This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- 3. The Customer hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
- 4. In any event, LuLuCelebrate's liability shall be restricted to the price of the product in question.

In case of any dispute/grievance regarding any cancellation, refunds, or return under this Policy, the Customer can raise such dispute/grievance to your grievance redressal officer. The name and contact details of our Grievance Redressal Officer are as below:
